x = independently organized TED event

Theme: UnorthodoX: Break Through Perspectives

This event occurred on
February 28, 2020
Manila, National Capital Region
Philippines

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

In accordance with its first debut, TEDxYouth@DLSUSHS is all about breaking new grounds and going against the typical norms. “UnorthodoX: Break Through Perspectives” introduces not only ideas worth sharing, but a fresher take on the ever-evolving modern world that the youth live in today while providing a veracious testimonial on how it affects all of us — hence, redefining what it means to be the Youth.
