It’s planned with the intention of exposing the young and little organizers of the program to event management. Immeasurably beyond the performance on the stage is the might of the effort behind the screen and this TEDx event is to guarantee this learning to our students of RJ Mantra English School. To host the first ever TEDx event at Virudhunagar, the finest troopers have pulled up their sleeves. Environmental conservation has become one of the major global topics of discussion and we are desperately in need of creative heads to fix the problems. A young engineering graduate Mr.Bharanidharan, who juggled his college masters and has job at WIPRO always had the urge to contribute towards his country's progress. The alarming social issue of one time usable plastics and mixed garbage deteriorating the environment and posing to be grave situation for planet. Earth made him a vending machine which will give people a coupon in return of a plastic bottle. He will be sharing his ideas about how important it is for the young engineers to address the social issues.

Winston Churchill says " We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give". Here is a person in Tamilnadu whose idea is peculiar in whatever he does. He always to smile more, give more and love more to the society he lives in. He has an orphanage which houses 700 plus students. His passion to serve the under privileged part of rural India has made him launch "Vigyan Rath" which has 2500 science experiments and this mobile van has kindled the curiosity of science in more than a lakh of students in Tamilnadu. In this cut -throat competition world Dr.Pasupathy's style of reaching out to society without any expectation is worth listening to.

We fumble, we make mistakes, but all these gives us the feeling of loosing and fear of being wrong .Master Pon Balaji who has just completed his schooling says, "Embrace your imperfections to explore the creativity in you". He is an inventor of a toy "SALVAGE THE SPHERE", a board game which explains our duties as a citizen. He has got stuffs to brief that, age is not a matter to be successful and big. He, at the age of 18 has made an invention and his works are acknowledged at Georgia University,USA. He is one of the greatest examples to this world to say you can make yourself visible to the outside world by just being creative without any qualifications.
