At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

She is Facilitator and co founder at Candidly. She drives the content and delivery for workshops on child sexual abuse awareness and prevention for children, parents and teachers, POSH, sexuality, adolescent health and well being. In 2017, she helped create EqualiTee, the country's first gender cool merchandise line for children. She has conducted gender and diversity talks at corporate offices. She graduated from Lady Shri Ram College For Women with a degree in English Honours and completed her Masters in English and Bachelors in Education from Agra University. She studied and trained with Talking About Reproductive and Sexual Health Issues (TARSHI) for their Comprehensive Sexuality Education course for teachers and Sexuality Counselling Skills Training course. She is currently writing a book on talking to children about difficult things. She also conducts counselling sessions on sexual health and well being in association with Red Womb.
