In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Bejan Andrei

Andrei is a project manager and trainer within one of the most important construction companies on the Romanian market, as well as in Eastern Europe. His studies were awarded by ARCUB-UNATC in 2015 with the Creativity and Innovation Award, but also by REHVA (European Federation of National Associations in the field of HVAC installations). Andrei was part of volunteer projects and represented Romania with the EFdeN team at Solar Decathlon Europe Versailles and winning countless prizes nationally and internationally. Andrei is "Green Building Professional", recognition granted by RoGBC (Romanian Green Building Council), "Sustainability Manager" LeadSUS (Denkstatt Romania) and member of the consultancy group "Build Upon" which has achieved the National Renewal Strategy of Romania - RoGBC.

Cioroianu Adrian

Adrian Cioroianu is a hunter, farmer, negociator, influencer, sales trainer, entrepreneur and founder of a sales training and consulting company. He is also the author of the book "Vand orice, oricand, oricui" (Sell anywhere, anything, to anyone) and the coordintor of the book "Povesti nemuritoare de vanzari".From passion for education, he is also the lead organizer of TEDxFloreasca.

Mihai Magdalena

Magdalena Mihai is a university professor in the Department of Economics. She has almost 30 years of experience in education in Romania and is an accounting expert, financial auditor and fiscal consultant.

Nectara Janina

Janina Nectara is the only Romanian journalist who wrote for Vogue magazine and the founder of the historical approach "FEMEI PE BANCNOTE" (WOMEN ON BANKNOTES). This approach managed to impose the celebration of women on Romanian banknotes.

Panea Ionut Valentin

Ionut Valentin Panea is a professor at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and in his free time he likes to work with young high school students in the field of educational robotics. He also is the manager and the trainer of AutoVortex team, Romania's robotics team.

Stan Aura Claudia

Aura Claudia Stan is Director of Program Teach for Romania, an organization that intervenes to reduce educational inequiti in vulnerable communities and to produce a sustenable change in the Romanian educational system.

Voiculescu Vlad

Vlad Voiculescu was head of the Cabinet of the Minister of Finance and then, the youngest Minister of Health. He also was appointed "European Citizen of the Year" in 2018, for his MagiCAMP project that is dedicated to children with oncological conditions.

Voinea Mihai

Mihai Voinea is an entrepreneur and doctor, co-fonder of an IT company that owns the largest online medical education platforms in academic area in Romania and the first 3D medicine platform in Romania.
