Dion Devow

Dion is of both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage, and was honoured as the ACT Australian of the Year in 2018 for his work in championing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to achieve their business dreams.

Ethan Cowie

Ethan Cowie is a member of the Canberra-based youth community theatre group, Child Players ACT. In the TEDxCanberraSalon play ‘What world will you create?’, Ethan plays the host.

Frances Crimmins

Frances has always identified as a feminist, and has a strong belief in social justice, which she attributes to her mother’s influence. As CEO of YWCA Canberra, the ACT’s longest-standing for purpose organisation, Frances believes that we each have a role to play in solving our community’s greatest challenges.

James Boyd

James Boyd is a member of the Canberra-based youth community theatre group, Child Players ACT. In the TEDxCanberraSalon play ‘What world will you create?’, James plays the character Andy.

Katie Kavanagh

Rosie Brady

Rosie Brady is a member of the Canberra-based youth community theatre group, Child Players ACT. In the TEDxCanberraSalon play ‘What world will you create?’, Rosie plays the character Celeste.

Vendulka Wichta

A young and talented musician, Vendulka has been on the road touring since the age of 14. Since then she has found herself performing on the stage of X-Factor and The Voice, and all over Australia and overseas.
