In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

He founded the company Hippogriff with the vision of “Impacting 1 billion lives” globally by making his innovations accessible to everyone. He developed Heartstrings, a unique Artificial Intelligence technology to detect heart disease at a significantly early stage resulting in saving millions of lives.

Eva Neukamp

Eva Neukamp has worked at the Mutter/Vater & Kind Klinik Am Kurpark Grafenau in the Bavarian Forest since 2013. She is a pedagogue and supports mothers and fathers in their educational mission by giving lectures and coaching parents. With the help of individual conversations, which are conducted first with parents, but then together with children, she helps families to restore their relationships.

Jorge Cardenas Prieto

Engineers Without Borders
Jorge Cardenas Prieto studied business engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and was a board member of Engineers without Borders, a university group at KIT. Their aim is to support people in economically, socially or politically disadvantaged regions through engineering projects. They focus on sustainable solutions and intercultural exchange at eye level. Jorge initiated the Aguavision project in Colombia and managed it from 2013 to 2016. His project team developed and implemented water infrastructure for a school in northern Colombia. Subsequently, he started the Colombian project Aguajira and managed it for one year, planning a water treatment plant.

Kai Aselmeyer

Consultant and Coach
Kai Aselmeyer is a consultant and coach. In his seminars he combines many years of experience as manager with insights from personality research. He is particularly interested in the transformation of leadership in the age of industry 4.0 and the development of artificial intelligence.
