Theme: Art and Activism

This student-run event brought together artists, activists, nonprofits, and educators to create a community of passionate individuals who use innovation to change the world. In between inspiring and engaging sessions of speaking and performance, we discussed these ideas over a delicious, sustainable, and healthful meal provided by the Boston non-profit organization Haley House. We also participated in a variety of interactive art installations facilitated by students from MassachusettsCollege of Art's Studio for Interrelated Media and Art Education departments, many of whom helped to plan or produce the event as well.
