Abhishek Goyal

Akshay did his graduation in B- Arch from Sushant School of Art and Architecture. He was amongst the first batch of SSAA.  He studied design at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2015 and went on to pursue an M- Arch in Design (Technology) from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.  He is a UK Master in Architecture & Urbanism (AADRL) 2014 from the Architectural Association (AA), London.  Some of his select honours and accolades include the Harvard Arts First Project Award in 2016, Harvard University Sustainability Grant in 2016, ARCHIDESIGN Award in 2014 (Infrastructure Category), TATA Scholar award in 2012, SEED International Competition for Public Interest Design, 2012 Commendation and the Indian Building Congress 2010, Best Research Paper Award.  An avid designer, he has worked and taught across countries. He has conducted design workshops at Tamkang University in Taiwan, MIT in Cambridge and the Harvard University, with extensive focus on Artificial Intelligence, IOT and the future of design thinking. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant in spring 2016. His core subjects in M- Arch were Structural Surfaces Fall and Digital Media.  He is currently working as a Director of Design & Innovation at the Architron Group in New Delhi, India, where he is leading the design and project delivery for Master planning, Educational, Commercial, Healthcare and Residential Projects in India, Indonesia, Canada & USA.

Abhishek Sharma

Abhishek has over 16 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, and Procurement & Logistics Management.  He was ‘Director-Global Category Strategy’ at Gap Inc. before opening his own startup on Event management and Corporate Trainings, ‘Aameego’.  Abhishek has worked with Fortune 500 Global organizations at leadership level in the area of Strategy and Supply Chain. Conducting trainings, workshops and sessions has been his passion.  He has a rich experience in different sectors like Consulting, Consumer Durable, Media, Banking, Oil & Gas, E-Commerce, Retail, Telecom and Telecom Infrastructure having different levels starting from lower management to senior leadership.  Some of his achievements include the ‘President Award’ from Wipro Consulting by Mr. Azim Premji, ‘Exceed Awards’ (Prestigious Award category) in Gap Inc. and the ‘Out of Box Thinking’ award in Cairn Energy.

Bhuvan Rustagi

Bhuvan has lived in different countries and states in India. His interactions with people across different cultures has made him a versatile individual.  His journey started from setting up a family funded NGO focussing on education and wellbeing of underprivileged women in the rural areas in Delhi, UP, and Haryana.  He graduated from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain in International MBA in December 2013. Post that, he went into investment banking in Mumbai.  After 1.5 years of Mergers and Acquisitions, he, along with his MBA flatmate came up with the idea of Online P2P Lending in India.  Their motive was to set up another asset class was is needed which gives good returns, requires low investment amounts, gives ready cash flows and is easy to understand.  Hence came his startup, Lendbox in November 2015. Lendbox is an online P2P lending company which brings together creditworthy borrowers with retail investors to transact on short- and medium-term unsecured loans.  It uses a highly tech driven approach to verify and assess its borrowers considering over 120 data points to verify the creditworthiness of the borrower from financial capability to his/her intention to actually repay the loan through some psychometric analysis.  The lenders enjoy returns of over 20% with low investment amounts and regular cash flows while the borrowers get access to credit to finance their dreams.  Bhuvan Rustagi has been listed as part of the Forbes Asia 30 under 30 list of 2017 under the Finance and Venture Capital stream.  Lendbox has been ranked as one of the best start-ups by both IBM and Nasscom in 2016 and is now also registered with the Reserve Bank of India as an NBFC-P2P company.  It now has a 40-person team and over 200,000 users. They have successfully managed to change the way users think about lending, borrowing and investing by creating an easy to understand and simple tech driven, paperless and a transparent process.

Jackie Harland

Jackie Harland has over 30 years’ experience as a Speech and Language Therapist. She has an MA in Early Childhood Development and has written a postgraduate training programme for teachers which has been accredited by Anglia Ruskin University at the Masters level. She has set up two educational provisions for children with communication impairments in London and Southern England and has established multidisciplinary clinics for children in Dubai and Delhi. She has experience in assessment and intervention for children with autism, attention deficits, communication disorders and impairments, specific learning and language difficulties as well as speech delays and disorders and is responsible for the professional development and clinical practice of the therapists in these practices.

Mallika Dang

Mallika Dang is the founder of GOFIT- India's first children's sports platform which is working towards India’s Olympic dream by starting from as young as 3. She has been awarded top accolades such as ‘Best Athlete of Delhi’, ‘Fastest girl of Delhi’, the ‘Best athlete in North India’ among others. She was India's number 3 and 5 in 2011 and 2012 respectively and has received an award by the ex- President of India Mrs. Pratibha Patil for her excellence in sports. She currently works with 50+ kids, teaching them life skills through fitness and preparing them to take on future mental and physical challenges.

Rainu Singh

Rainu Singh came from a background of educationists and socialists who believed strongly in women education.  She did a B.A. (Hons.) Psychology and an M.A. in Sociology.  Her journey into socialism started by joining the Social service sector and working with the Help Age, India as State Head of Rajasthan. Help Age, India is a wellestablished National level NGO, a counterpart of “Help the Aged” – UK, working for the cause and care of the disadvantaged elderly.  Under her leadership, Help Age, India expanded to various cities in Rajasthan, namely, Jaipur, Udaipur, Bikaner and Kota. The four Mobile Medicare Units gave medical services to about 70,000 elderly at their doorsteps per year, opened an Old Age Home at Jaipur and specialized in community based and Income Generation Activities for disadvantaged elderly in the state. Other activities included cataract surgeries, adoption of destitute elderly and school education programs.

Rohit Aneja

Rohit Aneja is working as Deputy Zonal Head and heads the IndusInd Bank for Rajasthan. He is an avid banking professional, who has been working at IndusInd Bank since the last 11 years. Joining the bank as a manager, he is now part of the top management of this known Wall Street bank and currently handles a team of over 800 employees. He is a creative writer and blogger and writes various financial and non- financial articles on his social platforms.

Saurabh Kripal

Saurabh Kirpal, a graduate from St. Stephen’s college, New Delhi pursued his undergraduate degree in law from Oxford University and thereafter a master’s degree from Cambridge University.  After a brief stint with the United Nations in Geneva, he practiced in the Supreme Court for over two decades.  His area of work includes constitutional, civil and commercial law.  He was actively involved with the cases seeking decriminalisation of Section 377 filed in the Supreme Court.  He was the lawyer for the petitioners in the case of Navtej Singh Johor vs. UOU which ultimately led to a constitution bench of the Supreme Court reading down Section 377.

Shalu Manan

Shalu Manan is an MBA in HR & Marketing, a certified Lean Six Sigma Black- belt, i.e. ‘Certified Professional in Learning & Performance’ from ATD and a ‘Senior Certified Professional’ from SHRM. She specializes in development initiatives for building strategic organizational capabilities and has played a vital role in designing Genpact’s proprietary ‘Hire to Retire’ Smart Enterprise Processes. She has a wide-ranging exposure to learning technologies and leveraging them to create an enhanced learning experience for employees.
