"Global Experiences" will set the stage for an afternoon of sharing unique ideas, real-time exposure and awareness of global identity, design-thinking models - all from speakers coming from different walks of life. Our goal is to provide our audience members with an educational and inspirational experience and show them new perspectives of approaching situations in their daily lives. We hope to awe and stimulate powerful conversations and encourage the audience to focus on the bigger picture - our world.

Andrée-Anne LeBlanc

LinkedIn Sales Manager
Andrée-Anne is a truly international professional. She left Canada almost 10 years ago for building her global expertise and now she is in the UK & is the regional Manager for LinkedIn. She managed a few different markets such as Italy, Spain, and the Benelux; worked in different countries such as Canada, Algeria, The United States, and Ireland, and studied different topics such as: operation management, engineering and international business in Hungary, Shanghai, Dubai, and London. World explorer, outdoor lover and activities-adept, she has visited more than 60 countries in which she had experimented with kite surfing, Yoga, motorbiking, local foods, scuba diving, snowboarding, and language immersion.

Delvina Miremadi-Baldino

Director of Education and Programs, Life Advantages Chief Resilience Officer, Realize Your Resilience LLC
Dr. Miremadi-Baldino is the founder and Chief Resilience Officer of Realize Your Resilience LLC and works as the Director of Research and Program Development at Life Advantages, LLC. Dr. Miremadi- Baldino received her Ed.M. from Harvard University and completed her doctorate in Educational Leadership at Simmons College where she specialized in student resilience. Dr. Miremadi-Baldino is a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner (CAPP) and a Certified Coach. Her extensive training in Education and Psychology places her at the forefront of developing innovative tools that foster resilience and help individuals live more flourishing lives.

Derek Gwaltney

VP of Marketing and Business Development, Alchemy3
For 25 years Derek has led organizations supporting lottery customers from around the world. The majority of his career has been spent working with an industry leading technology corporation where he was responsible for overseeing various marketing teams, service divisions, worldwide projects, introducing product innovations, designing promotional campaigns and continued support of billion-dollar corporations. As CEO of Atlas Experiences, LLC his passion is for innovating new programs that incentivize and reward across various business verticals. Creative thinking and strategic partnerships are key drivers to designing experiential once-in-a-lifetime events.

Jazzmina Redondo

MIB Candidate, Hult International Business School
Jazzmina was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, a town near the U.S./Mexican border. Living near the border has exposed her to global issues revolving around social and economic policies. Her experiences have influenced her to promote human welfare and social reform, while ensuring fair treatment to every human being regardless of gender, religious views, or national divisions. In 2017, she graduated from The University of Arizona with Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Latin American Studies. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in International Business at HULT.

Michael Rolleigh

Professor, Hult International Business School
Dr. Rolleigh is an expert on international economics, migration, macroeconomics, and computational economics. He has written several papers utilizing novel computational techniques to simulate heterogeneous agents moving goods and people across borders. He is a member of the American Economic Association and the Society of Economic Dynamics. He has taught economics and statistics at the University of Minnesota, Williams College, Bennington College, and the Masters Program at the Center for Development Economics at Williams. Currently he teaches quantitative topics in several programs at Hult International Business School. Additionally, he was a visiting scholar at the Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank for several years. He is intensely involved in the electronic education space, co-founding multiple startups and serves in an advisory role on others. Dr. Rolleigh received his PhD at the University of Minnesota and completed BA in physics and economics at Hendrix College.

Nicholas Kelly

Chiesi/Snow Company and Dietitian, Grace Hospital
Passionate, energetic, knowledgeable and compassionate, are a few words to describe, Nicholas Kelly’s approach to life. His story began at three-months old when his mother diagnosed him with Cystic Fibrosis. Growing up, Nick strove for normalcy, valuing himself as a person, meant to stand out. He thrived despite his disease; obtaining a Bachelors and Master’s degree from Bowling Green State University, becoming a Dietitian. In addition, he is an entrepreneur and artist. Nick’s life has focused on utilizing his abilities and knowledge to influence those around him, while acting as a positive representation of the educational, artistic, and CF community.

Nimmer Khokhar

MBA Candidate, Hult International Business School
A citizen of planet earth. Having been born in Pakistan, living in Dubai for 10 years, attending University in Vancouver, BC having studied Sociology and Urban Development. Nimmer started a career in Marketing and customer service in Vancouver working with start-ups and incubation firms. He later found himself working as an Associate and Project Manager at a financial management consulting firm in Dubai, and founder and COO of a Fintech firm focused on financial inclusion and micro-loan disbursement. He has also recorded and is a touring musician across North America and Middle East. He has played festivals such as Burning Man, F1 Grand Prix Abu Dhabi, Gig on the Green.

Resham Sethi

Candidate for MA in Sustainable International Development, Graduate Research Assistant and India Initiative Associate at Brandeis University
Resham Sethi has been working extensively in addressing the global sex slavery and gender-based violence through innovative approaches of self-love and self-care. Her work also focuses on discussing the cultural practices of dowry system, female feticide and customary prostitution in India that play a crucial role in pushing girls/women into sex trafficking. Currently, she is pursuing a Masters in Sustainable International Development at The Heller School of Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University. She has been writing and speaking boldly on these issues on different national and international platforms. She recently presented her paper on linkages between the dowry system and patriarchy with sex trafficking in India, at MIT.

Simone Xavier

Sigma Beauty co-founder/Veterinarian
Sigma Beauty co-founder, Dr. Simone Xavier, is a veterinarian from Brazil who came to the US to complete her PhD in swine infectious diseases at the University of Minnesota. During this time, she and husband, Rene Xavier Filho, an engineer, noticed a niche in the international beauty market for affordable, high-quality beauty tools. The power-couple used their backgrounds in science to develop and launch Sigma Beauty’s first brush set in 2009, immediately capturing a cult-following. After 10 years in the business, Sigma Beauty leads the industry in quality, function and innovation with 60+ patents worldwide and retailers in 70+ countries.

Thomas Sullivan

My City at Peace, Founder & Professor, Hult International Business School
Thomas Sullivan has spent 25 years as a consultant, facilitator, coach and lecturer on designing, leading and implementing personal and organization change efforts in distinct settings across the globe. Thomas is a faculty member at the Hult International Business School and has served as Discipline Lead for Leadership Development and a Research Lead. Current research projects are focused on Growth Mindset in the workplace and on courage. Thomas is a Co-Founder of My City at Peace, an organization dedicated to reducing gang related violence in our communities. Thomas is bilingual and works with equal ease in Spanish and English.
