Dr Dario Bressan I am a scientist working at the Cancer Research UK and coordinating a laboratory developing new methods to study breast cancer. I was trained in molecular biology and neurosciences first in Pisa, Italy and then in New York, but moved to Cambridge in 2014 to work on Cancer Biology,

I’m a science communicator and a researcher in Environmental Chemistry at the University of Cambridge (UK) and the University of A Coruña (Spain). My research is focused on the design of emergent materials for innovative and eco-friendly technologies.

Richard J. Hand is Professor of Media Practice and Head of Film, TV and Media Studies at the University of East Anglia. He has written extensively on adaptation, horror, radio drama and popular culture. He has also worked as a writer, director and performer for radio and theatre.

Zareen Roy-Macauley

Co-Founder of GlobePoets
Zareen Roy-Macauley is in her second year at the University of Cambridge, studying Human, Social and Political Sciences. She is the co-founder of the slam poetry collective, ‘GlobePoets’, and has won and competed in several national and international slam poetry competitions, including ‘Brave New Voices USA’ and ‘SLAMbassadors UK’. She has performed in renowned arts and performance venues around London, including the Roundhouse, Southbank, and Richmix, and is a frequent performer at Cambridge University Hip Hop Society’s exhibition nights.
