In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Ashish Joshi

Ashish Joshi is the Chief Executive Officer of Classic Legends Pvt. Ltd. a subsidiary of Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M). Ashish considers motorcycles, and particularly heritage motorcycles, as both his passion and calling. In a career spanning over two decades, he has helmed prestigious classic/retro two-wheeler brands around the globe.

Leena Kejriwal

Leena Kejriwal is an author, photographer and an installation artist. She is the founder of the MISSING Public Art Project which aims to create awareness about sex trafficking across the globe. She has received various accolades for her work including the Yes Foundation Changemaker Award and is determined to work for young girls that are trafficked across the country.

Nikita Sharma

Nikita Sharma is a holder of a triple majors degree in Microbiology, Chemistry and Zoology. She is active in the Cancer research and awareness field through her NGO, the Silver Linings. Ms. Sharma is also a fitness expert, motivational speaker and fashion model. Her social media outreach addresses issues such as body shaming; promoting gender equality, women empowerment, self acceptance and body positivity.

Rahul Kharbanda

Rahul Kharbanda is an illusionist, iPad magician, mentalist and magic designer who has performed across myriad venues and has dazzled people of all ages with a dynamic mix of awesome and striking acts. Coming from a family of magicians with over 30 years of experience, he also recently entered the Guinness Book of World Records. His ingenuity and creativity has made him an innovator of sorts, pushing out new tricks intricately involved with technology.

Ram Sampath

Ram Sampath is an Indian composer, music producer and musician who started his career composing advertisement jingles for the Mumbai-based advertising industry, before foraying into Bollywood and independent music.

Tattoographer Karan

Tattoographer Karan is the first Indian to get his eyeballs tattooed. His quest to create a complete body suit to ‘complete’ his body has led him to become one of India's foremost body modification artists. The passion he expresses for his work has spread immense positivity among the youth of the country.

Vicky Roy

Vicky Roy is most notably known for Street Photography. His photographs depict the lives of the underprivileged, something he experienced firsthand when he ran away from home in Kolkata and worked as a ragpicker at the New Delhi Railway Station. Looking to discover and explore new perspectives, he has been awarded the MIT Media Fellowship, and was featured on Forbes as well. He was also one of the selected few to photograph the reconstruction of the World Trade Centre in New York City.
