In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Paul Kunnil

Paul Kunnil is not an expert on leadership. He’s not even an expert on the 4th Industrial Revolution for that matter. Paul is an ambitious student, a captivating storyteller and most importantly, part of the millennial generation that simply can’t stop asking “Y not?” Having studied and worked in teams around the globe, he’s become quite curious about a hotly debated topic that stands to be a pillar of not just the world of business, but a concept that defines the very fabric of society: Leadership. He’s questioned what leadership once was and what the concept of leadership has evolved to become. Still, his curiosity remains unquenched when wondering how different the leadership of tomorrow needs to be to suit the digital age that lies ahead. Assimilating all his inquisitiveness on leadership, he’s got a question for you to answer: Would Julius Caesar be as successful a leader today like he was 2000 years ago? Why or Y NOT?"
