Balance’ is the theme for the 2019 edition of TEDx ScholarsGlobalSchool. A balanced life is indeed a better life. It is only when you are able to strike a balance between all significant facets of life, that you gain the courage to go ahead and chase bigger goals. We tend to underestimate how much maintaining balance contributes to living life successfully and productively. Our curated line of speakers from vastly different fields are here to share their stories and inspire the next generation of thinkers to find balance in life.

Dr. Sanjay Saxena

Fellow at Medical Academy of Pediatrics
Dr. Sanjay Saxena is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and has been associated with the practice for the last 20 years. He has also served as a member of the Pediatric Faculty at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Apart from being a medical expert, he has always been passionate about fostering ancient art wellness as a way of life, especially among children. He grew into religion and has been addressing children in Sunday Classes for the past 10 years, to help them in their journey of developing a strong character and mental strength.

Dr. V.S. Ravindran

Educational Psychologist and Trainer
Dr. V.S. Ravindran is a renowned educational psychologist and trainer. He has been involved in the training people in leadership positions in educational institutions, corporates and government organisations for more than two decades. Presently, he is the Director-General of ICTRC. He is also associated with many other organisations including UGC, AMU. NCERT and IGNOU to name a few. Dr. Ravindran did a commendable job in the state of Jammu and Kashmir when the state was under severe disturbances. On an invitation from the government, he visited various parts of the state to address and guide the youth and strengthen the government in its fight against terrorism.

Mr. Navin Gulia

Philanthropist, Author, World Record Holder and Ex-Indian Army
An Ex-Indian Army Officer and a World Record Holder in Adventure Sports, Mr. Navin Gulia is a multiple award winning, internationally acclaimed author, adventurer, thinker, orator and social worker. He is the founder and director of Adaa Charitable Trust which works for the welfare of underprivileged children. He has been bestowed with several awards and recognitions including the President’s ‘National Role Model’ Award, Times of India ‘Global Indian’ award and CNN-IBN ‘Real Heroes’ Award to name a few. He has been invited as a motivational speaker at premiere educational institutions, establishments, sports teams and corporates across the country.

Ms. Bhakti Pasrija

Senior Supreme Court Advocate, General Secretary of the Indian Young Lawyers Association and as the Vice President of the Supreme Court Women Lawyer’s Association
Ms. Bhakti Pasrija is a senior advocate in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India with over 17 years of experience. of successfully dealing in numerous cases on behalf of the Union of India, private litigants and companies. She was the main petitioner in the before the hon'ble Supreme Court, challenging the ban on the entry of women in the lord Ayappa temple of Sabarimala, Kerala. She has been elected as the youngest executive member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, as the General Secretary of the Indian Young Lawyers Association and as the Vice President of the Supreme Court Women Lawyer’s Association.
