Alec D

Student
Alec is an 8th grade student in De Pere.

Anna Krans

Student
In her free time, Anna enjoys baking, reading and spending time with friends and family. She also participates in swim team and track. If you get a chance to chat with her, she hopes to share her international experience with you. Arrivederci!

Avery Landwehr

Student
Avery is an 8th grader at De Pere Middle School. She has many hobbies including, reading, writing, doodling, traveling, playing piano, and guitar, as well as doing karate. In her free time, she loves to spend weekends at her little off the grid cabin as well as fly fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Bella Broullire

Student
Bella is an 8th grader at the DePere Middle school. She loves to play soccer, go for runs, and be outdoors. She loves her family and friends and enjoys spending lots of time with them. She has a little sister, big brother, and a mom and dad. All of which love being outdoors and playing board games. Bella plans to be a sign language interpreter when she grows up and is hungry to learn more. She believes broccoli should be made as a torture method or hopes it will be banned from all eight planets. She enjoys helping people as much as she can and loves when it makes them feel happy. She wants the world to be a better place starting with her school and hopes her Ted talk will inspire people to do good.

Caleb K

Student
Caleb is an above average student at DPMS, and he has one brother that goes to Foxview. Caleb likes to play sports and videogames in his free time. He participates in Track and Field, Cross Country, and Basketball. With his family, he likes to swim, camp, ski, and much more. He thanks the audience for listening to his entertainment and hoped that they enjoyed it.

Catherine Sherman

Student
This is Catherine. She is 14 years old and is in the eighth grade. She loves volleyball and softball, playing the oboe, and studying new languages such as American Sign Language and Mandarin. She hopes her presentation can speak towards girls like her and who relate to her experiences, so that they can understand that they are not alone.

Cienna Delos Santos

Cienna Delos Santos is an eigth grader at De Pere Middle School. She loves to sing, play ukulele, and spend time with her family. Cienna is also very passionate about being a good person and apologetically being yourself. She hopes to continue to perform and showcase her talents.

Claire Bradford

Student
Claire is a eighth grader at DPMS who juggles multiple priorities including school, soccer, and hockey, and responsibilities at home. Claire started skating and playing hockey at age four, and it has been a huge part of her life ever since. She just finished her season in March with an all girls hockey team called the Green Bay Bobcats, and looks to continue her career with the all girls high school team called the Ice Bears. Between school and sports Claire loves spending time with her friends, family and dog Charli.

Dhruv Bansal

Student
Dhruv's favorite subject in school is math and he likes the sports karate, chess and basketball. His hobbies include playing with Rubik’s cubes and eating cookies. He also likes to read. Most of his family lives in India but his parents immigrated over to the US and he was born in Milwaukee. Finally, he is thankful for the opportunity to give a TEDx Talk with Neel!

Elijah Raymond

Elijah is a 7th grader currently finishing 8th grade math. He enjoys playing soccer, reading, listening to music, and, of course, magic, which he started learning in December. He has 7 siblings, all of which are quite... tired... of his magic, yet they are all encouraging. He is currently working on synchronizing his magic with music. He hopes people don't get tired of that, either.

Levi Radue

Student
Levi is an eighth grader at De Pere Middle School. He plays in the school band, as well as the school’s competition jazz band, which competes around the area. He runs Cross Country, and participates in the Track & Field program. His favorite fact is that 50% of human DNA is identical to the DNA of a banana. However, a recent DNA test revealed that he and musa acuminata have a 90% match. His parents have made no comments thus far.

Lily is an 8th grade student in De Pere.

Logan Stevens

Student
Logan is an eccentric person with many interests that include academics such as soccer, archery, and string orchestra, to leisures of playing D&D and video games with friends and listening to music. He enjoys humor as well, while not enjoying making lists about himself.

Madie Renier

Student
Madie is 7th grader in middle school who enjoys art, being with her many pets, and writing. She likes to be creative and also engages in many after and before school clubs. She does the school announcements, Art Club, Year Book Club, tennis, and more. She likes to hang out with friends and be with family, as well as making crafts and building things. Madie has won many writing and art contests in her state and has written many stories and books. She has three dogs, a hamster, a gecko, and many, many fish. She also has an older sister. Madie enjoys traveling and has been many places throughout the United States.

Marie McKenna

Student
Marie is thirteen years old and in seventh grade. She has many hobbies; including singing, biking, swimming, writing, reading, and acting. She hopes that she will make a difference in lives, giving a TEDx talk about a problem very relevant to our area.

Olivia Kennerhed

Olivia is a 8th grader at De Pere Middle School and enjoys playing the guitar, ukulele, and viola. When Olivia grows up, she hopes to be a graphic designer.

Olivia Zapf

Student
Olivia is a studious eighth grader at DPMS. She plays the cello and has an avid interest in writing. She appreciates ‘50’s and ‘60’s music. Specifically, ‘Friday on my Mind’ by the Easybeats and ‘Transfusions’ by Nervous Norvus. As a cellist in the Green Bay Youth Orchestra Program, she enjoys the fourth movement of the Planets Symphony titled ‘Mars’. Her love for The Hunger Games fueled her interest in archery. Her favorite food is ice cream.. which her blended family of nine can attest to with vehemence. She enjoys reading which led to the beginnings of a novel that is currently in progress.

Parker De Deker

Student
Parker is an Eighth Grade student who attends school in Neenah, WI. He is 14 years old and lives with parents, brother, sister, and their family dog, a Boykin Spaniel named Gracie. Parker has loved filling his mind with knowledge and sharing it from an early age. He presently plays a variety of instruments including the Flute, Bassoon, and Violin. Parker enjoys drama, movies, global cultures, food, reading, chemistry, airplanes, and technology. Parker hopes that by delivering his talk he can motivate some to go out and make a difference, even if only as one.

Rachael Grimes

Rachael is an eighth grader at De Pere Middle School. She likes learning about the ocean, specifically whales, sharks, and manatees. She also enjoys reading and writing fictional stories. She is in band and jazz band, and she plays the baritone saxophone.

Samina M

Student
Samina is a fourteen year old eighth grader. She enjoys playing tennis, singing out of tune, and eating sandwiches. Samina plays the tenor saxophone, and is currently trying to write a novel. She is creative and ambitious, but loves to spend time with her cats, Dinah and Zoe, instead of doing productive work. In the future, she hopes to become a bestselling novelist and is considering going into the medical field.

Tyler Blom

Student
In summary, Tyler is a kind and somewhat intellectual person that is a bit overloaded with interests. He enjoys mountain biking, karate, math team, the Decemberists, Metallica, D & D, playing the trumpet and guitar, composing songs, droning on about his hobbies, etc.. He is a snob when it comes to things like video games, movies, writing, tea, and, most certainly, music, and will gladly argue about these topics without hesitation. With all of these things in mind, you will likely find interest in what he has to further complain about in his speech.
