In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Ultraman IPS Krishna Prakash

A Maharashtra cadre IPS officer who is India's first and only uniformed service officer in Military, Naval, Air-Force and para-military forces to win the ‘Ultraman World Championship’ title at Australia in May 2018. A 1998 batch IPS officer, Mr Krishna Prakash has always made his presence felt regardless of wherever he was posted in the state. He has not only served at these places but has successfully brought down the crime graph. Apart from dealing it in a tough way, he has his soft heart by rehabilitating the nomadic Phase Pardhis, a tribal community well known for brutal and ruthless robberies, to dissuade them from illegal and criminal activities.
