Theme: Variety is the spice of life

This event occurred on
February 15, 2019
Oak Forest, Illinois
United States

The thread that runs through TEDxYouth@OakForestHighSchool is that all of our speakers are either students or staff at Bremen High School District 228. We have 3 student and 3 staff and although they have much in common, each of their individual backgrounds and experiences are beautifully different. Our event will highlight the experiences and the big idea of each of our speakers and we hope to shine a light on the diversity and variety in our community. The event will be held at Oak Forest High School on Friday February 15th 2019. I will be from 6:30pm until tentatively 9:00pm. Seating will be first come, first serve and only the first 100 people will be seated so please get there about 20 minutes early to insure you will get a seat. Refreshments will be served at the short break and after. A meet and great is scheduled after the talks for pictures, questions and conversation.
