In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

She is a professional speaker on a global scale representing women in tech and inspiring new entrepreneurs. Darya is the winner of Digital Female Leaders Award in the category Entrepreneurship in 2018, named as Innovator by Irish Times in 2018, awarded Young Irish Entrepreneur in 2016, featured in Inc.com, Forbes and other global media as the promoter and facilitator of education technology for the best future of the kids in the world.

Ulf Blossing

Professor Education and School Improvement, Gothenburg University
Research interest is school improvement and leadership. Blossing has among other things carried out actions research projects together with schools to investigate the role of change agents, and also the actions of school leaders to improve the organizational capacity. Lleader of the research environment School Develoment and Leadersip, and the scientific leader of the Principal Program and the Master Program of Educational Leadership. Latest he has been involved in a project on successful and unsuccessful schools.
