In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Nidhi Dua

Nidhi Dua is the Country manager of Marks and Spencer & has held prominent positions in the biggest fashion brands in the country like H&M , Gap & French Connection. Her collaborative and visionary approach makes people explore new ideas, push boundaries and deliver their best. She is doing extensive work in her current role on ‘Community Health & Wellness’ and also on ‘Gender Equality at Workplace’.

Poorvi Gupta

Poorvi Gupta is a journalist at SheThePeople.TV with an expertise in covering women’s issues through the lens of tribal communities, politics, crimes, sports and entrepreneurship. She strives to raise issues that women face at the ground level from rural areas to universities, like sexual harassment, gender bias etc. She has extensively reported on tribal women’s issues from various parts of the country in a series titled “Tribal Pathbreakers” and "Girls Kick Off" (Based on women's interest in football) among other works.
