Theme: Envision

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Alice Dai

Alice Dai is a student at Richmond Hill High School, and enjoys reading up on the bleeding edge of technology in the lives of humanity. Thought experiments, psychoanalysis, and sociology involving robotics are just some of the innovative methods she is known for.

Arjun Pillai

Arjun is a Canadian high schooler passionate in all things technology, from virtual reality to augmented reality. Through talks and conferences, he attempts to convince listeners of a better and enhanced life alongside technology.

Frian Frias is a student at Richmond Hill High School. As the voice of the student council, he has plenty of experience in the presentation department, and is always willing to share his opinion on trending topics.

Julia Li

Julia is a student at Richmond Hill High School, and is also the co-president of the TED-Ed Club, helping host TEDx events and campaigns to keep the spirit of presentation alive.

Sebastian Fehrenbach

Sebastian Fehrenbach is a student at Richmond Hill High School. His presentations are often fused with a degree of unorthodoxy, delving into topics most people would never imagine and usually allowing for interesting talks.
