Flames are a unique composition of colours and strengths, each with a mind of its own. We, the people, are not quite different. Each mind follows a different stream of thoughts, flowing with an intensity alien to others. Every ebb gives rise to ideas, resolutions, and infinite possibilities. This is the beauty of Diverging Minds.
Though each is exclusive, this is not a barrier for unity. Ideas weave themselves together to knit something greater. Resolutions join to make way for a roaring river. And possibilities burn brighter and stronger when Diverging Minds bring light to Converging Ideas.

Dr Steffi Mac

Lecturer, Author, Corporate Trainer

Dr. Steffi Mac (Ph.D., English) is an academic who is perpetually torn between the pages and the screen. An enthusiast and admirer of literature and films alike, she pursues her professional stints in the fields of teaching, writing, corporate training, media and mass communication. She is also a cancer survivor (Leukemia) and has authored a book, That Girl in the Black Hat, voicing her thoughts on battling the disease and surviving. She is a strong propagator of bone marrow registration and aims to aid Indian Registries with the same. She counsels several patients who struggle fighting cancer today and has founded a YouTube Channel Can We Not wherein she shares her opinions on cancer care and support. As the Director of Creative Content at Ayurway (Pleasanton, California), she writes to promote integrated health care and lifestyle. She is engaged in research in the areas of communications, films, literature and medical humanities.

Mr. Kshitij Banker

Radio Jockey, Faculty, Actor, Writer, Singer & Performer

The most loved RJ in Vadodara Kshitij Banker needs no introduction. He is the one who adds spice to the life of Vadodara and changes the mornings of the city every day. This Radio Mirchi RJ has always believed in moving ahead with the times and experimenting with diverging ideas. He is very active on social media and he has extensively used it to spread awareness and promote social, environmental, educational and traffic related issues. He holds Master degree in English and his love for language was translated into his campaign to promote the mother tongue. #VattThiGujarati (translated: Proud Gujarati) has garnered a lot of love, warmth and respect. It is being supported by many glocal celebrities as well. He is professionally trained for Indian Classical Vocals and has sung for Gujarati movies. Kshitij then walked an extra mile and learnt various musical instruments like guitar, keyboard, harmonica and western music by himself.

Harmeet is the founder of The Pink Foundation, a non-government organization which actively works for underprivileged women and children making them self sustainable and intellectually independent in two states of India. A graduate in Mass Media with a Masters degree in Development Communications. she has worked in the NGO sector with many organizations. She is associated with the Swedish Institute as a Young Leader-Fellow at Young Connectors of Future Programme and Global Shaper with World Economic Forum. She also has a strong entrepreneurial spirit which gave her an opportunity to be on the Mentor Board of The Gujarat University Startup & Entrepreneurship Council (GUSEC). She is a recipient of ‘Iconic Women creating a better world for all’ award by Women Economic Forum and ‘Santulan Award for Women Empowerment’ hosted by Mayor of Gujarat. Her organization has been felicitated by renowned platforms giving her a global presence.
