An interdisciplinary event that seeks to amplify the echos of creativity and creation within different fields, such as: art, social entrepreneurship, technology, education and more. Adhering to the TED spirit, TEDxOuedMZi puts forth remarkable minds, young leaders, and free spirits in pursuit of change at the level of their communities and even the world. Our event takes place in the southern Algerian city of Laghouat. A small city, perhaps, but a home to big ideas. This event is set to be organised under the theme: “Outrun the Pack, Blaze a Trail” and it primarily features ideas such as: the use of Bloom’s digital taxonomy in 21st century education, creating start-up companies, Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs implementation in marketing, and the role of “backpacking culture" in self discovery. Talks reflecting these ideas will revolve around success and perhaps failure stories that will undoubtedly generate inspiration, knowledge and wisdom.
