Akshay Tripathi

Chief Development Officer, Kanpur

Akshay Tripathi is a proud alumni of HBTI, Kanpur (2006-2010 batch). He has made an indelible mark in the pages of history of HBTU by nailing almost all the three top exams with single digit ranks in his first attempt. GATE 2011 AIR -05, IES 2011 AIR-01, IAS 2013 AIR-04. He also served as an assistant materials manager in Indian Railways, Mumbai from December 2012- Aug 2014.

Amit Pandey

Chief Operating Officer

Amit Pandey, a chemical engineer from HBTI, Kanpur is currently working as Chief Operating Officer at Exicom Tele Systems Ltd. Prior to Exicom, he has worked with Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd., Bharti Airtel Ltd., Honda Cars India Ltd. and Maruti Udyog Ltd. His passion towards his profession has resulted into 96 awards in various categories of Leadership, Procurement, Supply Chain & Human Resource in last 5 years globally. He is widely known for his motivational speeches & counseling skills, & popularly known as “HUMAN CHARGER” amongst students for he keeps charging humans with his positivity.

Pramod Kumar Saighal

Retired Army Officer

Major General (Retd.) P. K. Sehgal is a officer of the Indian Armed Forces and a leading expert in electronic warfare. He has served with the Indian Armed Forces for forty-one years and has served in the 1962, 1965, 1971, 1999 wars and has been involved in insurgency and anti-insurgency operations for close to 25 years. He has also been a part of several rescue missions during his career. He is also a renowned orator and has spent much time interacting with young audiences. He is featured in several television news programs and is known for his controversial views.

Radha Kant Jaiswal

Associate Director

Mr. Radha Kant Jaiswal is a proud alumnus of HBTI Kanpur. He is currently working as the Associate Director of KARL STORZ Endoscopy India Pvt. Ltd. He has also worked as a Senior Manager in Siemens Ltd. as senior customer support engineer in HCL-PICKER Ltd. and also as a service engineer in M.P. Uni-Magna-Teckh Ltd. With enriched "Diverse-Industry experience in Leadership roles" and having expertise on Behaviour- science, Strategic-Planning, Change management, Team building, Business management, Customer care and Building Collaborative organization culture, he has exhibited his credibility as a change enabler for more than 15+ years creating the competitive advantage for organizations and driving revenues and profitable business growth in line with stakeholder's expectations.

Shivangi Pahujani

COMMUNICATION DESIGNER, HELP US GREEN

Born and brought up in a small town Faizabad, Shivangi was surrounded with blind eyes towards design and always got herself in trouble for collecting scrap papers to turn them into crafty projects. While design always meant floral motifs to people around her, she was always attentive to carefully crafting visuals relating to the content for her classroom projects. Her journey is made up of numerous small experiences, yet meaningful in contributing towards motivating her to pursue design. Shivangi currently works as a Communication Designer at HelpUsGreen, an award winning social enterprise that preserves the Ganges by recycling temple flowers and generates livelihood for under-represented women. Having been mentioned on platforms like Forbes, United Nations and Fortune, HelpUsGreen stands as an icon that runs a noble cause on self-empowerment over sympathy.

Sudesh Chandra Biala

School Principal

27 years at premier Indian schools including The Doon School and The Scindia School as a Teacher, House Master, Head of Department & Master in charge of Adventure. One of India's most accomplished and recognized mountaineers. Led students to numerous record breaking Mountaineering, River Rafting and Cycling expedition for over 20 years. This includes numerous firsts as well. Climbed over 20 peaks in the Himalayas including Kalanag (20,956 ft), Saife(20,215 ft), Kokthang (20,600 ft), Bhagirathi-II (21,400 ft), Jaonli (21760ft-1996), Kedar-dome (22410ft-1997) to name a few.

Vikram Dutt

Social Activist

Dr Vikarm Dutt is a former civil servant and motivational speaker, he is disability expert, documentary film maker, inclusive and special education consultant, university teacher, journalist and feature writer and a sportsperson and qualified sports coach. He has been active in the passage of several landmark legislations in the social service sector and has initiated work in the field of mental health and well-being of orphans and juveniles. He is the author of over 250 publications and has more than 50 documentary films to his credit. Many of these have been screened at prestigious International Film Festivals. His international honours include ‘500 Intellectuals to Influence Contemporary Thought' and ‘Man of the Year' and ‘Man of the Decade' Awards, all from USA. He has been felicitated by the Chairperson of the British House of Lords Committee on Disability. Currently, he also serves as a Core Committee Member of Experts on Rehabilitation established under the Government of India.

YASH TIWARI

Student

Yash Tiwari, one of the youngest author and research paper presenter at the age of 16. His Debut Novel, "Celebration In Tribulation" speaks about an unheard and unspoken fatal disease- "Creutzfeldt Jakob Disease". He is a student of 12th standard. He presented his first research paper at the age of 16 in an International Conference at the University of Lucknow, which was later published in a journal too. Another of his research paper was presented at the Jagran Insitute of Management. With a keen interest in art public speaking, he aspires to use his voice and talent to bring about a revolution in society.
