In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Priyadeep Sinha

Founder
Priyadeep Sinha is the founder & CEO of Kidovators. Working in the education sector for over 7.5 years now, PD has led to the vision and creation of the Kidovators 21st Century Skills Programs. Under PD's leadership, Kidovators has created a unique learning platform on 21st century skills like creativity & critical thinking including annual courses, spotlight challenges, learning feed and more. Kidovators has also launched the first ever olympiads on creativity and critical thinking for students of grades 4 - 10. Since inception, Kidovators has impacted over 100,000 school students & educators from over 600 schools spread across India, Middle-East, Singapore & Africa. PD has previously worked as a Research Scholar at Strathclyde University (Glasgow, UK) in 2010. He is a Mechanical Engineer from Manipal University in India and has recently completed a Diploma in Education Psychology.

Richa Bajpai

Co-Founder
Richa Bajpai is the Founder of Goodera, a technology platform that helps companies measure the progress and impact of their CSR, Sustainability and Volunteering initiatives at the last mile, on a real-time basis. Richa, an ISB dropout, started her entrepreneurial journey with a renewable energy company but soon realised the need for technology in transforming the world of doing good across the world, and that's how Goodera came into existence in 2014, which she started with Abhishek Humbad. Currently, 200+ corporates including Reckitt Benckiser, P&G, Target, Dell, GAP, Abbott, Amazon are using the Goodera platform to track, monitor and measure the impact of $250mn of development capital deployed annually across 70+ countries, impacting 6mn+ beneficiaries

Safeena Husain

Founder, Educate Girls
Safeena, a London School of Economics graduate, has worked extensively with rural and urban underserved communities in South America, Africa and Asia. After returning to India,Safeena chose the agenda closest to her heart – that of girls’ education. Safeena Husain is the Founder and Executive Director of 'Educate Girls' a non-profit organisation that aims to improve access and quality of education for children, especially young girls, by involving the local government and communities. Safeena’s work in the education sector in India has been widely recognized. She has been conferred with the 2017 NITI Aayog’s Women Transforming India Award, the prestigious 2015 Skoll Award, 2014 WISE Award, the 2014 USAID Millennium Alliance Award, the 2014 Stars Impact Award to name a few.
