‘Only in the shattering can the rebuilding occur’. The essence of our TEDx event draws parallels to that of every other — ideas unfetter us to ‘shatter’ the glass ceiling that confines our yearning for erudition, to disintegrate the boundaries that impede the vigour and cogency of our voice and opinions and to fragment the pessimism and timorousness that engulfs us. Shattering the undesirable lays the path to achieving the desirable and to letting forth all the seminal, ingenious ideas that would steer the world towards boundless success. At TEDxYouth@JPIS 2018, we celebrate this ‘Shattering’ of our extremities where speakers from multifarious disciplines embrace the mic, invigorating, intriguing and inciting the youth through scintillating discussions to recognise their competency to unfurl and unleash the unprecedented might of their thoughts and ideas.
