Caitlin Wyndham

Resources and Partnerships Leader at Blue Dragon Children's Foundation
Caitlin arrived in Hanoi from Australia in June 2001 and immediately fell in love with the city. What was initially intended to be a one year time out turned into a seventeen year (and counting) love affair. Caitlin has worked for various different international non-government organisations in Vietnam all focussed on addressing social exclusion, inequality, and violations of human rights. Caitlin has been involved with Blue Dragon Children's Foundation since it began, and is now a senior staff member at the organisation. Through her work and research she aims to counter individualistic narratives that serve to separate people and pit us in competition with each other. She hopes to help people to show up for each other, enable voice for the voiceless, and address inequality & exclusion wherever it is found

Chiara Squinzi

Health coach, Yoga teacher and Functional Medicine Studen
After suffering a period of chronic illness and unhappiness in her 20s, due to environmental and lifestyle factors. Chiara was motivated to learn all she could about nutrition and lifestyle to find out the root causes of her poor mental and physical well-being. Healthy plant-based eating, yoga and running soon became her daily natural medicine. After witnessing first hand what a dramatic difference the choices you make have in your life as a whole, Chiara wanted to help offers suffering with afflictions similar to what she had. This lead her to start a new career in health and wellness by founding a Holistic Company called La Holista in HK and HCMC.

Huong Dang Thi

Director of Marketing and Partnerships Engagement at KOTO
Huong's life was hard and full of danger. She had to work hard since she was little to make a living. She is great example of self-made woman - her passion and thirst for knowledge made her what she is now. Huong thinks that all dreams can come true if you dare to hope and rise to the challenge

Jen Vuhuong

Jen is an author, trainer and speaker. She is an example of leadership and empowerment showing the world how grateful a person could be every moment of their life. Jen has almost 10 years experience of working for different international organizations as an engeneer. Since 2011, Jen has worked on her passion of empowering individuals to reach their potential to make a difference in life through writing, training and coaching in performance and leadership area. On these topics, Jen has founded 4 personal and leadership programs namely Empower You Seminar, Be The Leaders, CSpeaking Gym and Start with Green. Jen is the author of four books including Nonstop loving, living, and giving; The goal achiever; Unleash your Passion; and The leadership development journey. We are excited about Jen speaking at the event!

Josephine Ylipää

Environmentalist & sustainability researcher
osephine has always been passionated about environmental issues and therefore never doubted on dedicating her career to sustainability. She pursued a M.Sc in environmental studies and sustainability science at Lund University in Sweden and returned to Hanoi to work with research projects on sustainable aquaculture for Vietnam Institute of Fisheries Planning and Development. Also, she works with Lund University on research on gendered climate change adaptation for farmers in Thai Binh. She has worked on sustainability issues from many different angles but has a special interest in gender, philosophy, rural development and climate change. Besides research she has since 2011 worked in the non-profit sector on humanitarian and environmental issues through her own projects and as the chairperson or as a volunteer for national and international organisations

Karen Gay

Healer
Karen is on a seeker's journey. In 2011 she departed from a conventional career path and opened a Holistic Health practice. She very quickly found herself going down the proverbial rabbit hole and on a quest to uncover the true cause of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual disharmony. When she works with her clients, Karen holds a space of love and compassion, which allows for deep healing to occur. As Karen progresses on this healing journey herself, she invites other brave souls to join her on the path, a path that leads to healing and the discovery of one's true nature. Professionally, Karen is known as the A-Roaming Bodyworker. She travels internationally hosting workshops and providing private healing sessions. She is a Seeker and a Healer.

Nadia Deshkovets

Transformational Coach
After 20 years of business experience being a top-manager in Europe and Asia in the international companies, Nadia changed her career to become what her passion told her to be: the certified life and business coach, helping people in their positive transformations. She will speak about her exciting journey of personal development and will give concrete keys to successful transformation. Using herself as an example, she showed how transformation becomes the biggest lesson, making life more meaningful and delivering hidden treasures for which it is worth making changes. After a successful leadership path in a corporate world, she pursues a new career in coaching and business consultancy. Now based in Hanoi, she founded a women empowerment business project called "She leads everything".

Tien Luong

Mindfullness Coach
Having a diverse background in the first decade of her career, Tien has greatly expanded her vision about human potential development. Later it has empowered her to make the connection between Western practice and Eastern wisdom, which then led to the establishment of One Life Connection Training & Consultancy in 2011. Since then, she have worked directly with more than 20 companies, trained a few hundred participants and spoken in front of a few thousand people on topics such as: Mindfulness, Core values and Motivation, Energy management, Stress reduction, Work-life balance, Happiness and Well-being. Now based in Ho Chi Minh City, Tien design & deliver Mindfulness & Coaching programs, host social events, seminars, and public talks, as well as nurture online communities and groups of practitioners to advocate mindfulness in the workplace
