Asfiyah Qadri

Student
Passionate about creative writing, Asfiyah Qadri is a student at JNIS IB who loves to read, write and act. Her article ‘Bor-Darr’ for the theme, Theatre Across Borders, was written for Thespo Ink, an initiative by QTP Entertainment, and was published on their website. Her love for theatre has drawn her to perform in plays at different platforms, including an adaptation of the Greek tragedy, ‘Antigone 2.0’, which was performed at multiple venues- including the National Centre for Performing Arts and the G5A Foundation for Contemporary Culture. A quiet and reflective person, Asfiyah believes that theatre played a fundamental role in her struggle to find her voice and identity.

Haresh Hingorani

CCO of Red Chillies VFX
Haresh Hingorani or Harry as he is known, is the Chief Creative Officer and VFX Supervisor of redchillies.vfx . A creative back bone of the company, Harry comes with 21 years plus of expertise in the industry and has worked on over 200 ad films and numerous feature films. His attention to detail, untiring passion and creative wizardry is an inspiration to all at the studio. Under his supervision, redchillies.vfx continues to venture beyond limitations, to produce mesmerizing spectacles that create fascinating experiences for filmmakers and audiences alike. His work as a VFX Supervisor can be seen in Main Hoon Na, Don, Chak De India, Ra.One, Krrish 3, Dilwale, FAN, Raees, Phillauri and the upcoming, never-done before project Zero. Harry was also honoured with the National Award in 2011 for Ra.One as it set a benchmark in the realm of visual effects in Indian cinema and a FilmFare award for FAN, amongst the several other awards he has received.

Harsimran Singh

Founder of The Thought Foundation
Mr Harsimran Singh is an eloquent speaker who uses neuroscience techniques to change the belief systems of his audience. Consequentially, his words help them gain new skills and positive habits. From holding management positions at renowned firms to establishing his own company that has an extremely unique agenda, Mr Singh has done it all. For now, his story may be unheard but once he steps into the spotlight, his story will be the one that the audience will never forget.

Karishma Mehta

Founder of Humans of Bombay
Ms.Karishma Mehta is the founder of Humans of Bombay, a social media platform that captures the riveting lives of the people of Bombay and helps its audience to get to know the stranger on the street a little bit better. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of Nottingham. She has been profiled in leading newspapers and websites like Times of India, NDTV, and Forbes India just to name a few. Through Humans of Bombay, she has raised over 5 crores for various non-profits like Make Love Not Scars, Kranti, and Happy Feet. Through HoB, she has been able to raise awareness for multiple social issues and demolish social stigmas surrounding supposedly taboo topics. She is a part of the UN Young Changemakers Conclave and recently aired on Leaders of Tomorrow on Times Now.

Veer Arora

Student
Veer Arora is an effective change-maker. He is deeply involved in the field of solar energy where his contribution led to him being hailed as the eco champ. In addition, the Indian government in collaboration with the united nations has awarded him the Green Crusaders Award By co-founding a company has enhanced his social entrepreneurial skills. Using his personal experience and life learnings, he will be talking about how one must deal with their tough phases in and use them to catapult ahead.

Yukta Mookhey

Miss World 1999
Yukta Mookhey, an Indian Actress, model and beauty queen. She was crowned Miss India and Miss World in 1999. She is a living example of beauty and brains, not only does she have charming and attractive features but she also has a diploma in computer science. She has gained recognition for engaging in many charitable causes for the poor and underprivileged. Yukta Mookhey is an inspiration for us, the youth. She is a pioneer for social and education reform. Through her works in politics and education, she has constantly made efforts to help the society and has been supporting the Eye Bank Association of India (EBAI).
