We understand that creativity can only thrive with the right mindset, an enabling environment and an understanding of what the person is trying to express.
"Sea of Voices" signifies the sea of unspoken ideas and also the unheard voices of the people with intriguing ideas from diverse backgrounds. TEDxRMKEC will bring together extraordinarily unconventional, crucial and out-of-the-box ideas of the optimistic minds of our local community. We assure to bring together idea-focused talks that cover a large array of subjects, to foster learning and inspiration among the members of the live audience.

Mr. Arun Krishnamurthy is a very good orator and an environmentalist and is the recipient of Jane Goodall Institute Global Youth Leadership award (2010), Google Alumni Impact award(2011) and Rolex Award for Enterprise(2012). The joy of observing and enjoying the beauty of nature in its most pristine forms is what motivated Arun Krishnamurthy to establish the Environmental Foundation of India.

Ayesha Sheeba

Spiritual Visionary + Author

Ms. Ayeesha Sheeba is a published author, spiritual and meditation guide, visionary and speaker with a global presence. She has launched herself as a corporate trainer for leading multi-national companies. and took, that as a stepping stone, to become a researcher in scientific theories. This has later resulted in the discovery of a unique Scientific Motivational System - The Universal Truth of Life. Since then, her mission has revolved around bringing the deeper concepts of life to the common man. She has been empowering people with the message of self-empowerment in a scientifical way.

Balaji Lakshmanan

Engineer + Innovator + Entrepreneur

Mr. Balaji Lakshmanan has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of robotics. He has designed many robots from tiny bug robots to humanoid robots. He has worked with the Indian army’s robotics division and he has also designed animatronics products for Indian movies. He is the co-founder and Product Head of “Invision Technology” – an electric mobility startup. He is also the founder and CEO of iMakerobots.com.

Jahabar Sadique

Entrepreneur + Corporate Leader

Mr. Jahabar Sadique is an entrepreneur, a voracious reader, an avid traveler, and a photographer; he is the Co-Founder and the CEO of Chai Kings which has nearly 17 outlets in the city. Mr. Jahabar Sadique is an alumnus of RMK Engineering College.

Ratnakar Rayavarapu

Engineer + Innovator + Corporate Leader

Mr. Rathnakar Rayavarupu is the ‘Director of Engineering’ at Samsung Research & Development India. He has worked on several cutting edge technologies that have a major role in shaping the world today. Some of his most famous works involve research, development, and productization of wireless technologies. He has made a lot of contributions to many of the global products that we see in India today and is an ardent innovator with numerous patents. He is an alumnus of RMK Engineering College.

Sukumar Bhasker

Mr. Sukumar Bhasker is an accomplished IT professional with an experience of more than 22 years. He has worked in a variety of industry domains including Manufacturing, Banking, and Airlines. He is a seasoned expert in database administration and integration. Mr.Sukumar Bhasker is the Vice President; Global Business Services IT – Flex.

Social Activist + Educationist

Dr. V Uma is an educationist, organic farmer, social activist, and Personality Development Trainer. She has done a great deal to make everyone accessible to quality education, food, and medical attention. She is an advanced education researcher on self-learning thinking process in the regular classroom system. She is also an expert in designing curriculum for children on the basis of individual learning styles and has been running schools for first-generation learners for the past 14 years and in identifying learning disability and Autism in children. Dr. V.Uma is the Managing Trustee of Suyam Charitable Trust.
