Anne Koark

Anne Koark is a management consultant, translator and keynote speaker and a pioneer on successful failure. She is a regular interview partner in the media. Born in Britain Anne has been living in Germany since 1985. Initially Anne worked for patent attorneys and then for major international software companies in Munich. In 1999 Anne founded a company that assisted international companies setting up subsidiaries and maintaining business in Germany that in 2001 was awarded the Breakeven entrepreneurial prize. But in the aftermath of Sept 11,2001, Anne’s company had difficulties. This culminated in insolvency and Anne lost everything. Anne’s book about this, in which she argued for a culture of failure and fought for the destigmatization of insolvency was 7 months on the bestseller list in Germany. In 2004 Anne, was awarded the Lady Business Award and in 2005 the Special Prize at the Great Prize of Medium-sized Enterprises (Grosser Preis des Mittelstands) for the destigmatization of failure. Today Anne supports others in business. In addition to speaking at business events, Anne was invited to speak at the EU-Commission and the Germany Ministry of Justice and at the Global Summit of Women. Her speeches are renowned for their British humour.

Archish Mittal

Archish Mittal is the Executive Director of R Ventures Foundation, a Non-Profit aimed at supporting initiatives aimed at integration of refugees in Europe. Our aim to recognise the inherently entrepreneurial qualities of refugees, help create sustainable hi-tech global businesses by providing seed capital and mentorship to refugee owned start-ups and refugee impact organisations He is a strong supporter of "Dialogue” and has conducted several Cross- civilizational dialogue in business, academia, public institution, and youth organisations. These include Archbishop Excellency Emery Kabongo Kanundowi at Vatican City and Dr.Ahmad Ilyasi, Chief Imam of India among others. He holds a degree in Investment & Financial Risk Management , Cass Business School London. An Intensive Summer Creative writing program from Cambridge University and was chosen as a Next-Gen scholar to study Philanthropy at Wharton (Upenn).

Daniel Jung

Daniel Jung has founded several companies and teaches more than 1,000,000 students and professionals Mathematics for free each month via YouTube with only a whiteboard and a pen. Jung himself dropped out of college very early, which didn’t stop him from studying math outside of university. With his company “StudyHelp” he offers math crash courses in more than 300 german cities. He further offers his math tutorials for free and supports the future of education through internet.

Dr. Philipp Ramin

Dr. Philipp Ramin is the CEO and founder of the international training, consultancy and research company German Innovation Centre for Industry 4.0 and an expert on building up digital competence throughout company structures. Philipp developed the leading international training program on industry 4.0 and digitalization, which has been implemented in corporations in 12 countries worldwide. His focus is on systematic and continuous knowledge build-up within company cultures. Philipp is also the initiator of the first international online platform for industry 4.0 (www.i40.de) and the Vice Managing Director of the renowned NGO Münchner Kreis that serves as an independent, interdisciplinary, and international platform for key players from business, academia, and public policy regarding the economic, political, and social challenges of digital transformation. He was one of the youngest city council members in Germany and has since become faction chairmen of the CSU in Neutraubling in Bavaria. Philipp studied at the University of Regensburg and the American University, Washington D.C with a focus on innovation and technology management and received his PhD for his work on discontinuous innovation and business models. Prior to his current activities Philipp was advisor for the German parliament and worked in the automotive and consulting industries.

Sorah Kim

Sorah Kim is a brand and marketing strategy consultant specializing in beauty, health, and wellness, as well as a writer and speaker. She earned her BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011 and moved to New York City to pursue her dream of being a marketer in the fast-paced beauty industry. By 2016, she had already worked her way up the corporate ladder while simultaneously earning her Master’s of Professional Studies in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Sorah’s experiences include working for top global companies, like L'Oréal and Unilever. After eight years of dedication to her corporate career and embarking on a profound journey of self-discovery, she bravely traded in her 9-to-5 job to find her purpose and pursue an entrepreneurial track. In her spare time, Sorah enjoys reading, working out, volunteering, and trying new restaurants.

Walter Kohl

Walter Kohl is CEO of Kohl & Hwang a German - Korean focusing on Co- Operations Management. Kohl, who studied history, economics and Business Administration in Harvard and Vienna, worked for several years as investment banker in New York. Suffering from a existential crisis in 2001 he discovered new energy and inner peace for himself. Today he has published several books and besides having his own company he is working as a public speaker and personal coach.
