In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Amarpreet Singh

Amarpreet Singh is Managing Director and Asia Pacific head at Khalsa Aid which is an international NGO with the aim to provide humanitarian aid in disaster areas and civil conflict zones around the world. He and the organisation is working on the Sikh principle of “Recognise the whole human race as one”. He coordinates all Khalsa Aid projects in Punjab and India including the disaster relief operations which includes Assam floods, Nepal Earthquake, Rohingya Muslim Crisis and many more.

Anuja Trehan Kapur

Anuja Trehan Kapur is a Criminal Psychologist who is also known as a counsellor, social activist and advocate. Kapur started sharing theories on various criminal cases such as Indrani Mukerjea case, the Somnath Bharti case, the Asaram Bapu case, the Sunanda Pushkar case, Aarushi murder case, Nirbhaya Rape case, 2014 Badaun gang rape. In April 16, 2018, Kapur filed a petition on Asifa Rape and murder case which was heard by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra and some other judges. The Chief Justice of India heard the Petition of Mrs. Kapur in which she asked for CBI probe in the matter. Following are the awards and recognitions 2015 - Indian Icon Awards by Time India News 2016 - India Excellence Awards by Time India News 2016 - KAF Business and Entertainment Global Award in the Best Criminal Psychologist category 2016 - Best Criminal Psychologist Award at the Women Excellence Achiever's Award (WEAA) held in Jaipur by Harish Soni 2016 - Appointed as the Special Police Officer for Delhi Police, North West Delhi 2017 - Kapur got the international excellence award for the best criminal psychologist category from Shilpa Shetty Kundra. 2017 - Kapur got the "Rising Star award" for her outstanding work.

Prof. Arun Deep Ahluwalia was a Head of Department of Geology and Director CAS at Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has also been a guest speaker in Canberra, Australia; Prague, Czech Republic; Sweden; UK; USA. He has also been a researcher in Czech Republic, France, Germany, Russia, Italy, Nepal, Norway, Pakistan, etc and at Cambridge University and British Geological Survey, Nottingham, BMNH, London, UK. He recently Spoke in 14th World Congress on Environment Management Organized by IOD And ET NOW. Also spoke in IGC at Moscow, Florence, Oslo; IPC, Sydney; IASTS Meet, Baltimore, USA. He has been a Member of U.S. National Committee and International Outreach Programme Committee (OPC) of International Year of Planet Earth (IYPE). Jasdeep Singh Badhan is a journalist by profession, an ace Punjabi poet and writer and avid social worker by choice.He is currently the chief editor in one of the trilingual weekly newspaper.He is the one of the youngest person to get the national award for his selfless service to society he is also entitled to the national youth award in 2018.

Puneet Bhasin

Advocate Puneet Bhasin is a Pioneer in Technology Laws in India and a Cyber Law Expert practicing in Mumbai in matters involving Cyber Crimes, E-Commerce and Intellectual Property disputes in cyber space along with advising Online Gaming companies/ Content based Mobile Apps and Set Top boxes, Payment on Demand Video providers about the legalities of the same. She is an Advisor to the Rajya Sabha Committee on formulation of Internet Laws and Technology Laws in India. She forms a part of advisory committee to Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeITY) on the new Data Protection Framework, to be adopted by Government of India. She is also a Member of the Cyber Security Task Force Working Group since last three years. It is an initiative by Data Security Council of India in collaboration with NASSCOM. She focuses on Skills and Policy Development for the Digital India Movement. She has many MNCs like Tata, KPMG, Reliance and many others for whom she has worked on online reputation management and worked on blocking online urls which are defamatory in content and also traced emails or other defamatory data.

Randeep Singh Kohli

Randeep Kohli is the grandson of the Former Prime Minister of India Dr.Manmohan Singh and an young and aspiring social activist.Inspired by his grandfather's approaches and support of family and friends, he with his sister Ms.Pushmeet Kaur and team started an NGO named "Barkat Welfare Society". He has been appointed as President of world Book of Records, Australia and Director of World Book of Records, Australia. He has been facilitated by Global icon Award, National Excellence Award and many others.

Tarun also co-founded and served as Global Head of Strategy at FXMarketSpace and invented “FXSettle” a revolutionary FX settlement solution which has won several globally recognized Innovation Awards
