In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Anuki Lataria,17, is from Kutaisi. Currently Anuki lives in Tbilisi and studies at the European School. She loves literature and actively participates in various projects and conferences. She’s interested in politics and psychology.

Elene Zaldastanishvili

The European School student from American High School (AHS) , grade 11
Elene Zaldastanishvili is a student at the European School. She’s interested in art, in particular, cinema. For her, art is a way of life. She thinks that cinema is the finest solution to solving vexing problems. Through the thespian arts she can experience different personalities and attitudes. Therefore, for her, cinema is the essence of life itself.

Giorgi Imnaishvili

Giorgi Imnaishvili is a student at the European School. Since childhood, he’s been passionate about computer science. As the Era of Artificial Intelligence is coming, he’s looking into that field and loves exploring the world of AI.

Ketevan Tsurtsumia

Ketevan Tsurtsumia is a DP grade 11 student at the European School. To say it in the simplest, she loves reading books, listening to music, singing, playing the piano and guitar. She’s a very energetic, lively person, actively engaged in the European Youth Parliament events. Her favourite quote would be “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about” by Ian Maclaren.

Mariam Robakidze

The European School student from DP programme, grade 11
Mariam Robakidze is a 16-year-old teenager studying at the European School. She’s in IB DP grade 11. She’s interested in wine-making, biology, chemistry and art, particularly, in photography. She has participated in several wine exhibitions, made her personal project about wine-making and won a few photography contests. She wants to explore and connect wine-making, biology, chemistry and photography. Her goal is to become a successful scientist and winemaker.

Mia Bajat

Mia Bajat is 17 years old. She was born is Serbia and raised in Moscow. Later on, she moved to Georgia. Currently, she’s an IB DP student at the European school. Her hobby is singing. She wants to become an independent woman with a good job and no fears.

Nini Kintraia

The European School student from Georgian Program, grade 11
Nini Kintraia is a 16-year-old girl. She loves art, reads a lot and enjoys writing. She loves dancing and singing and likes all kinds of music. Nini is the most romantic person in the world. Nini is athletic - she enjoys sports, watches football and basketball, reads comics and loves superheroes. She loves nature and as strange as it may seem, her favorite animal is a lion; maybe because her zodiac sign is a lion? Who knows? She’s a complicated person - sometimes she’s happy and sometimes she’s not. She’s serious but joyful at the same time. She enjoys adventures and is a big fan of Harry Potter series, since she loves fantasy movies, however only reads classic books. Nini is a little shy when she meets people for the first time. She loves fashion and most probably, is a shopaholic. She can showcase her leadership skills when necessary. Nini’s a dreamer and is doing everything in her power to make her dreams come true. As Walt Disney once said, “If you can dream it, you can do it!”

Nino Shubladze

Nino Shubladze is a 17 year old student from the Georgian Programe of the European School. She is an active student with well developed leadership skills. Nino always participates in different activities and conferences at the school and outside the school. She is interested in literature, art and architecture.

Nutsa Kokhreidze

Nuca kokhreidze is a typical high school student. Only thing out of ordinary about her is that she’s a fashion model. She is a creative person with a few passions : she loves to read and write ,enjoys creating videos about interesting topics, etc. She likes spending her free time with her family .

Papuna Sharikadze

Jazz pianist, student at Berklee College of Music
Papuna Sharikadze is a 20-year-old jazz pianist, singer and composer from Georgia. Currently, Papuna lives in the United States and studies jazz performance at Berklee College of Music. He has already played at various famous musical venues and collaborated with numerous well-known global artists.

Sopho Nonikashvili

The European School student from American High School(AHS), grade 11
Sophie Nonikashvili -16 year old junior at American High School and a Chairman of the European School Student Parliament. Sophie has been initiating and participating in various charity events. She dedicates her free time to community service. Sophie has been exploring different aspects of life - in her early years she was performing on stage as a dancer and singer; she has starred in a movie as a supporting actress. Now she’s trying to figure out how teenagers should choose a right career. Sophie is an ambitious, hard-working, adventurous and goal-oriented student who never shies away from challenges. Her leadership, communication and personal skills inspire other students to believe in themselves and go after their dreams.

Tamta Mamatelashvili

The European School student from DP programme, grade 11
Tamta Mamatelashvili is a DP student at the European School. When she was 14 she started questioning if eating meat was okay. Everyone thought refusing to eat meat was a mistake, but luckily, her mother was also a vegetarian and supported her. Two years later Tamta watched some documentaries, did some research and realized that harming animals was not only unfair, but it also impacted the environment negatively. Once she realized that consuming animals and animal by-products had a negative effect on human health, she decided to become a vegan. Since then she wants to share her lifestyle with others, so that maybe less people will contribute to exploitation of animals for food and clothing.

Vlad Badalyan

Vladimir Badalyan is a 15-year-old DP student from Armenia. His hobbies include literature, math, playing the trumpet, programming and gaming. He wants to study an economics degree.
