Barriers are constraints which prevent you from achieving your intended goal. These can be societal, physical or personal obstacles that may deter you; but your true challenge lies within your strength to overcome these barriers.

TEDxSouthamptonUniversity addresses this theme through a number of thought-provoking discussions on what it means to break a barrier, as well as provide insight into the confines of the human mind. Our speakers will present their own take on Breaking Barriers, to uncover the past, present and future of such constraints.
