Theme: Crossing Over

This event occurred on
February 15, 2018
9:00am - 1:00pm IST
(UTC +5.5hrs)
Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Picture a person on the brink of greatness, searching for that breakthrough. Picture a person locked in a struggle with the darkest moments of their life, holding out until the storm passes. Picture a person teetering on the precipice of an impossible decision, one that will dictate the rest of their life, or that of their larger community. In each picture, in each scenario, there is one reoccurring theme - that of crossing over. Crossing over from the mundane to the acclaimed, from the dark to the light, from a heavy past to a dazzling future ahead. While the term 'crossing over' often gets obscured in the frivolities of everyday communication, we wish to reiterate the possibilities it represents. How it defines the world we have created, and the worlds that are to come. How it stands for human triumph and capacity for change. How it represents thoughts and ideas that are waiting to be shared, some of which we wish for you to uncover at this TEDx event.
