In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Akira Kajihara started his life as a handball player when he went to Germany after the graduation from his university. He came back to Japan after he learned how to manage a club. He belonged to a handball club in Suzuka city which is under control of Japan Handball League. He currently works as an agent of a general manager and a director of the team, and he is working hard on making people happy through his actions.

Kyoko Sugiyama began to play the saxophone on the street in Yokkaichi when she was 9 years old. She played many places, for example, Yokkaichi, Tokyo, Kyoto, Germany, Australia and so on. She talks her stories of many people whom she met each place.
