“We are what we eat and plants give us what we feed.” Dr. Ramanjaneyulu is waging a war against use of pesticides in agricultural activities and has challenged farming methods. Apart from running the Centre for Sustainable Agriculture as the Executive Director, he also runs an outlet, Sahaja Ahaaram, which stocks pest-free products from farmers. After giving up his full-time employment with the government, Dr. Ramanjaneyulu dedicated himself to the benefit of farmers and his campaign, ‘India for Safe Food’.

Cancer Tech Researcher
Dr. Geetha Manjunath is a researcher and technology enthusiast, who has put her experience spanning over 25 years to prodigious and gallant use. She and her team at NIRAMAI, are developing a novel software to detect breast cancer at a much earlier stage than traditional methods or self-examination. The solution is a low cost, accurate, automated, portable cancer screening tool that can be operated by a simple clinician. Over the years, Dr. Manjunath has led many innovative projects in Healthcare and Transportation, especially catering to Emerging Markets. Among her other distinctions, she has co-authored a book on Cloud Technologies called “Moving to the Cloud”, and is the inventor of 14 US patents with more pending grant.

Madhusudan Patidar, an International mountaineer, hails from the Rau region of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Mountaineer, Explorer, Travel Photographer, Cyclist and Motivational Speaker; what young Madhusudan has achieved by the age of 22, is nothing short of an inspiration. He is the youngest from Madhya Pradesh to climb Mt. Everest, and the youngest Indian to climb the Mt. Everest from the North Ridge of China. Madhusudan has also climbed Mt. Koarang 2, Mt. Koarang 3 and Mt. Stok Kangri. He is the Brand ambassador for World adventure society in Brazil, and holds a mention in the Limca book of records for the Bengaluru to Goa cycling expedition of 850km in 52 hours.

Shri Bhalu Mondhe, a winner of many awards and citations in India and abroad, is a famous photographer, painter, sculptor, and President of environmental NGO, The Nature Volunteers (TNV), Indore. He is a rare artist in India, who simultaneously does photography, paintings and sculptures. He has devoted over four decades to Art and Culture, and has enriched the field. In 2016, the President of India bestowed upon him the Padma Shri award for his lifetime work in photography. He adopts a very individualistic method in his work. His collection of varied work reveals an entire gamut of aesthetic experiment. Besides having a keen eye for finer aspects of art and nature, Shri Mondhe is also a restless environmentalist. His interests in high-taste interiors, garden, landscaping and organisng music concerts, art-camps, and exhibitions with a degree of sensitivity make him a rare all-rounder in the field of art and culture.
