Oana Barbu is a young and always restless communication teacher that has walked a thousand miles to get to where she wanted to be. She accepted compromise as a normal part of life and that proved to be the most positive thing along the journey. She sais that most of the times letting go of things sharpens your perspective on your life's jurney and helps you steer to where you need to go. She believes in overcomming the dark sides of compromise with creative solutions.

Leading 20.000 students in a developing country with an educational system in constant restructuration faces you with many compromises. Leadership and compromise are two inter-connected concepts. On one hand you need to stear the community in what you know it is the right direction even if it's not that obvious to all of it's members and on the other hand you need to do exactly what they want you to do because you represent their opinion. On top of all that the challenge is to handle the compromises you need to make with the State's Officials.
