Chulayo Khofu

Autism
Chulayo - A mother from the Eastern Cape whose son was diagnosed Autism at the age of 3. The challenges she has faced in raising him propelled her to raise awareness and educate the public on the condition. She will be covering - "The misconceptions of autism and their impact on children's welfare."

Dr Dulcy Rakumakoe

Health and Activism
Dr Dulcy holds an MBBCH degree from Wits University, a Diploma in Occupational Health, a Diploma in HIV Management, Travel Medicine Diploma, Masters in Sports Medicine and a Masters in Business Administration Degree from GIBS. She is a Social Entrepreneur with a passion for providing healthcare and wellness solutions for low and middle income communities in South Africa. She is the 2016 Social Entrepreneurship Regional Business Achiever award winner for Business Women’s Association. She started Accessible Quality Healthservices (AQH) in 2013 after over a decade of General Practice. In 2015 I partnered with Pascal Frohlicher and founded U-Care Medical Centres as a division in AQH which focuses on building private medical centres and providing world class health services at an affordable cost.

Lulu King

Activist
Lulu is a Radio Personality, Sales Coach, Womens Rights Activist and Motivational Speaker changing the game across the continent by reconnecting people with the spirit of innovation. She runs a business coaching consultancy called That Sales Lady and is a director of the South African leg of the International Slutwalk Movement, which actively protests rape culture and creates consent culture. Lulu uses her on personal story of surviving rape and domestic abuse to encourage people to connect to the cause.

Naeemah Dudan

Journalism/Social Acticist
Naeemah Dudan is a student journalist at the Wits Vuvuzela. She is passionate about politics, humanity and traveling which is shown in her work ethic. She is a social activist telling the stories of the people she meets through her journalism and enabling these people to meet the goals of their movement. In 2015 and 2016 she was involved in the fees must fall protest and reported on the protests as an insider who faced the harsh police brutalities. She completed her BA undergraduate degree at Wits and is currently studying towards her honors in Journalism and media studies.

Nicolette Mashile

Financial Literacy
Nicolette Mashile is a serial entrepreneur, TV ( @daily_thetha ) and Radio personality who is highly passionate about financial literacy. Fortunately for us she is more than willing to share her invaluable knowledge on Financial Literacy.

Ntandoyenkosi Mthethwa

Former Miss SA - Beauty & Impact
pumalanga born, Ntandoyenkosi Kunene is a beauty with a number of titles under her name, including that of which was her childhood dream; Miss South Africa 2016. She has received both her qualifications in education at one of South Africa’s most prestigious institutions of higher education, the University of the Witwatersrand. This young woman has represented her province on an upscale platform where she interacted with heavyweights in the corporate world and made great impressions with the Mpumalanga Provincial Government especially on social structural issues. She is a philanthropist, an education activist with a strong determination to influence and bring transformation in the corporate space.

Sfiso Benard Nxumalo

Sfiso Benard Nxumalo is a Summa Cum Laude Wits LLB graduate who is currently serving his articles of clerkship at Bowmans, one of the top law commercial law firms on the continent. Sfiso has also been admitted been admitted into UCLA to study for an LLM.

Viktor Radermacher

Paleontology
Growing up in South Africa’s Garden Route instilled, within Viktor, a deep love for the natural world. His love for our modern world and its dense ecosystems somewhat predisposed him to falling in love with ancient and prehistoric landscapes and the animals that inhabited them as well. The study of the story of life on earth, Palaeontology, has not only deepened his understanding of our planet’s history, but has truly reshaped the way he understands his context on earth with all of its life. It is his ambition to bring palaeontology to a wider South African audience, allowing more than just a few to understand and enjoy the story that Earth’s rocks tell us, and get people thinking about a deeper context for our existence.
