In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Terence continued to scale heights by instituting the ‘Terence Lewis Contemporary Dance Company’. He choreographed Disney India's first theatre production Beauty and the Beast. He recently also made his acting debut in a short film titled ‘The Good Girl’ , where he was be seen playing a complex character.He is the first Indian to receive the danceWEB Europe Scholarship, representing India in Vienna, Austria. Vandana Rag, 3 published books of short stories in Hindi, titled Utopia, Khayalnama and Hijrat se pahle.She has also translated the seminal work by EJ Hobsbawm 'Age of Capital' She has been performing as an actor for amateur shows staged by Raschakra, a loosely formed group of women who talk extensively about Gender sensibilities and empowerment.Pieces written by feminists of about a hundred years ago like 'Rokeya Sakhawat Hussain' who spoke against the purdah have been performed by her at various places, the recent one being at Sanatkada Festival Lucknow.The latest performance that she has been a part of was performed at India International Centre and received rave reviews.She is a political commentator as well and has written for magazines like scroll and Wire.Vandana, with her remarkable writing skills has managed to attach people to her commendable stories and novels.

Vijay Yadav,having done comedy shows all over India including his performances at the Canvas Laugh Club, with the most renowned artists, also known as the "Passive agressive haryanvi", is that unconventionally conventional comedian who broke the norms set for him that are set for someone belonging to a middle-class family.After pursuing mechanical engineering for about six years,he realised it wasn't the stream for him.So he opted for Comedy. Keeping the 'Stereotype' alive he wanted to make fun of people around him, but they were not taking him seriously. So he started asking people 'Politely' outside the venues. He never forces anyone to do something. It’s been almost 20 months down the line and now he has taken this as a full time profession because he understood that every time he gets on stage,he falls more and more in love with this profession. He loves making people laugh.He is the guy one should definitely rely on.
