TEDxKoenigsallee's mission is to provide people with a platform, whose extraordinary ideas and new projects are worth spreading throughout the world. We want to connect with people who share our passion.

Under the motto "The Future of ..." we want to explore and discuss ideas, which have the power and potential to change our future. More than ever, we live in a time of constant change, speed and transformation; but how will we shape and build the future? Our goal at TEDxKoenigsallee is to have a look at tomorrow's innovations today. We want to share pioneering ideas in order to contribute to an interdisciplinary paradigm shift of society and ensure a future worth living in. Exactly for this purpose we will bring together leading thinkers from a wide range of disciplines to discuss many controversial topics such as the ways in which we envision the future and how these ideas will shape our lives in the next years or decades to come.

The mix of innovation and creativity, tradition and modernity makes Düsseldorf an excellent location for equally innovative TEDx events. Every year, millions of people from all over the world flock to Düsseldorf's Königsallee. It is exactly here, within the glamorous, former theater, the Nachtresidenz, where design and nostalgic charm meet to provide the perfect backdrop for our event.

TEDxKoenigsallee offers the opportunity to take part in future-oriented lectures by inspiring German and international speakers from the fields of technology, entertainment, design, business, culture, art, global topics and science. Our event is also ideal for meeting like-minded people who are just as inspiring as our speakers themselves.
