In honour of Universal Children’s Day, we are excited to announce TEDxYouth@Soweto 2011 — 19 November at Intellilab, University of Johannesburg, Kingsway Campus. TEDxYouth@Soweto will coincide with more than 85 similar events happening worldwide, including the first ever TEDYouth event in New York. The global theme for these events is “Play, Learn, Build and Share.” Our programme will begin with 6 live inspirational speakers and performers and a curated selection of mind-bending TEDTalks. Thereafter we’ll join a global audience of thousands when we cross live to New York for the groundbreaking TEDYouth programme.
