Omaira Farooq Al Olama

Managing Director
Omaira started ALF Administration in 2011 because she felt there was a gap in the market; to bridge the cultural and social, the home and work environments for young UAE nationals, and to help them prosper in the workforce. ALF is the only training organisation that hires, works with, and trains, solely UAE nationals, and it continues to thrive; it is helping companies retain their Emirati staff and the individuals genuinely succeed. ALF now trains young UAE nationals, across all seven emirates, between the ages of 18-30; and now offers recruitment too.
