Christine Eartheart

Founder
Christine Eartheart, Founder of Joy Potential and teacher, facilitator, and coach, is passionate about helping people cultivate true and lasting joy from within. Christine is also CEO of the Center for Thriving Relationships and loves helping couples, families, and communities develop flourishing relationships that bring out the best of everyone involved. Additionally, Christine facilitates and teaches emotional healing and energy healing as the Founder of Heart Spirals.

Colleen Fanning

City Council Member
Fanning grew up outside of Indianapolis, Indiana, and attended Zionsville Community High School. She received a bachelor's degree in linguistics and educational studies from Emory University. Her professional experience includes owning the Brick Street Inn in Zionsville, managing her late father's real estate portfolio in San Francisco and working as the marketing and communications director of AquaSpy, an agricultural technology company. She owns Grey Market Wine and Ike & Fritz Ventures, a marketing consulting firm.

Eric Olofson

Professor
Eric Olofson became an Associate Professor of Psychology at Wabash College after earning his BA in Psychology and Philosophy from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, and his MS and PhD from the University of Oregon. After beginning his career studying the development of social cognition and language, he has followed his students’ interest in being involved fathers and now investigates fathers’ role in child development. When he isn’t spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters, he can be found roasting coffee and studying Mandarin.

Jill Greenberg

Photographer
Jill Greenberg is a working photographer and director whose work is built on a foundation of the study of drawing and painting, semiotics and art history. Insights gained as a working photographer, when directed back at her gallery work, allows for a deconstruction of the image politics at work in our culture where pictures have become the de facto universal language.

Joe Radak

Designer
Joe Radak is a freelance VR game developer from New Jersey, and has been working with VR since late 2015. He's launched two VR titles and has worked with Udacity to create online training courses for VR developers using Unreal Engine 4. He holds a degree from Penn State University in Planetary Sciences and Astronomy.

Kathy Slaughter

Relationship Specialist
As a licensed clinical social worker, Kathy Slaughter passionately pursues the craft of psychotherapy. She specializes in human sexuality, relationships and trauma at her private practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. Kathy’s passion for personal growth and self-development is matched only by her interest in teaching others, through one to one interactions, workshops or events. Kathy speaks at TED-inspired events, a variety of professional conferences and podcast interviews. She also leads Sex Geekdom Indy and blogs at www.soaringheartcounseling.com. Personally, Kathy enjoys outdoor art festivals like Burning Man, practicing yoga, weight lifting, and knitting.

Mo Javi is a Chicago based violinist, vocalist, composer, producer, and recording artist.

Scott Massey

CEO
Scott Massey (CEO) designed refinement systems in the oil and natural gas industry as a mechanical engineer, and made patent drawings for a local patent attorney. Ivan Ball (CTO) worked as an electrical and computer engineer managing production of ethanol at a processing plant. They met while working as student research engineers at the Purdue University Horticulture College designing a NASA funded, hydroponic plant growth chamber to grow food in future space colonies. They then set out to create personal, hydroponic appliances that could yield a full head of leafy greens on a daily basis to eliminate a user's dependance on a grocery store for most produce.

Tina Sodhi

Tina Sodhi is a finance executive that founded the Art of Breathing in order to bridge the gap between meditation and the corporate world. Inspired by Kundalini Yoga, an ancient method known as the “yoga of awareness”, Tina has discovered a natural way to manage stress, stay energized and maintain balance with simple conscious breathing techniques that can be easily applied in today’s busy lifestyle. In addition to her practice in yoga and work in private equity, Tina loves exploring new cultures and playing tennis in her spare time.

Toby Miller

Director of Race and Cultural Relations
Toby Miller is the Executive Director of One Heart Indiana, a state-wide mentor program for at-risk and incarcerated youth and Director of the Race and Cultural Relations Leadership Network. Mr. Miller has five children and lives in Indianapolis, IN.
