"Ecdysis" - shedding your old skin.
To let go, to be able to embrace change is what brings about growth in one's life, even more so in a society.
As important as it is for each one of us to be comfortable in our own skin, we as a community need to shed the skin of orthodoxy. The old needs to go and the new needs to come.
