TEDxYouth@OIS 2018 proudly presents our theme this year: Everglow. Last year, our theme encouraged breaking barriers—the “glass ceiling”—and achieving somethings beyond the limits we had set for ourselves. Everglow, on a similar note, is meant to signify the ability of an individual to stand out from the crowd. It is meant to signify the ability of an individual to make an impact on the world. It is meant to signify the ability of an individual to shine. Everglow is about illuminating the darkness, finding your truth, discovering something new. We wish to showcase a collection of individuals who exhibit this quality, as we believe such individuals are the change makers in our society; and we want to inspire the youth of today to become these “change makers”. We all have the brilliance to everglow, should we choose to embrace it.
