He is the leader of a non-governmental organization that performs public diplomacy about Korean culture, Arirang Yurangdan. The organization regularly hosts a special program, so-called Arirang School, in order to promote cultural exchange with foreigners. He is performing a significant role of introducing the excellence of Korean culture to the whole world.

He is now working as a co-representative of a start-up enterprise, '열정에 기름붓기(Passion Oil).' The company makes creative contents that can encourage people with various stories implied in it.
