Theme: Richmond by Design

This event occurred on

The City of Richmond had added over 30,000 people since 2000 and is on track to continue to grow in population. How do we want to design our city to accommodate growth and maintain a high quality of life? Come to our next TEDxRVASalon to watch a few talks about urban planning and talk about ways to make Richmond even better than it is today.

Meet us at Clopton Siteworks on July 18, 2017 and see how Richmond is already changing. Formerly the Philip Morris Tobacco Storage Complex, this 25-acre site of historic timber-frame warehouses is now being transformed through adaptive re-use into a creative community for small businesses. Their goal is to bring 500 jobs to the Jeff Davis Corridor. It is a fitting site for us to come together as a community and explore how we can and will continue to evolve with intention. Register today and join the conversation!

Doors open at 6 PM and the event starts promptly at 6:30 PM.
