Formerly the Philip Morris Tobacco Storage Complex, this 25-acre site of historic timber-frame warehouses is now being transformed through adaptive re-use into a creative community for small businesses. Their goal is to bring 500 jobs to the Jeff Davis Corridor. It is a fitting site for us to come together as a community and explore how we can and will continue to evolve with intention.
