Theme: 21st Century Education: Innovating Education in Ukraine

This event occurred on
October 28, 2017
Chernivtsi, Chernivets'ka Oblast'
Ukraine

Through the spirit of innovation and collaboration, TEDxIvanaFrankaStED seeks to promote and foster 21st Century Education in Ukraine by facilitating a series a talks from Host Country National educators, community members, and students, in addition to a few United States Peace Corps Volunteers. This will be the first TEDx ED event in Ukraine, and we are certain that this will not be the last!

TEDxIvanaFrankaStED’s 2017 theme focuses on the integration of the core competencies defined under the term “21st Century Skills”. These core competencies are commonly classified as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity.
Through the integration of the core competencies the classroom teaching paradigm shifts to a naturally more innovative approach, which moves beyond simply focusing on basic student competency, to focusing on promoting student understanding of academic content at much higher levels.

Thank you for your interest and support! We invite you to stop back and check our event page for additional information as we move closer to the day of the event!
