Nowadays we live in a disruptive world continuously changing. That is why society and organizations need “explorers”, who find opportunities in the threats and they also dream and go after genuine horizons.

"Exploring the world", the 1st annual TEDxHoritzoSchool event, is going to bring together inspiring teachers, educational experts, forward thinkers, brilliant scientists and talented students who make Barcelona one of the most important areas to work and share new ways of learning.

Since the beginning of the last century we have heard new ways of preparing children for the future. We continuously learn about breakthroughs in science, arts, and other fields to improve the lives of our community. What are these trends and how could achieve better performing results in education?

This will be a great opportunity to attend talks about the future of learning and to know at first hand an outstanding and radically innovative small school, Horitzó School, where for 50 years the "explorative" and "personalised" learning is constantly evolving.
