TEDxYale invites students and residents to celebrate healthy, local eats and explore the roots of the sustainable food movement at Yale and within Greater New Haven. Audience members will have the opportunity to interact with panelists from Yale Dining, the Yale Sustainable Food Program, and Claire’s Corner Copia — a landmark that Yalies know and love. Admission is free, and food will be provided!

Claire Criscuolo

Chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author
Claire Criscuolo has owned and operated Claire's Corner Copia, a vegetarian restaurant serving New Haven since 1975. She has authored numerous vegetarian cookbooks, including Claire's Corner Copia Cookbook, Claire's Classic American Vegetarian Cooking, Claire's Italian Vegetarian Cooking, and Welcome to Claire's.

Robert Sullivan

Director of Yale Dining Operations
Robert Sullivan is currently the Director of Yale Dining Operations. He has been with Yale since 1989, and previously served as Director of Yale Catering. He also serves on Yale United Way Core Committee, the New Haven Food Policy Council, and previously chaired Share Our Strength New Haven. He proudly has three children in college right now, including one in Morse College.
