"You are what you eat."
It means that when you look at the food someone eat, you can know about him/her.

The food we eat contains what we seek. Someone seeks health with healthful food, someone is vegetarian due to their sense of value and someone seeks tradition in the food.

So, now we want to look at an eating food as a seeking a value.
DNA contains an genetic information, then why don't we think we have 'Delicious DNA' that seeks a nice value.

In this 13rd TEDxKAIST event 'Delicious DNA', we are going to talk about a value in food.
