Once a year, the world’s most powerful ideas are shared on the TED stage in Vancouver, Canada. TEDxDigbethLive will screen a two-session broadcast from TED2017 on Thursday 27 April from 5.30pm in the Old Ikon Gallery at Fazeley Studios.
The theme of TED2017 is ‘The Future You’. Speakers from across the globe will balance a hard look at the seismic shifts that are altering the way the world works with insights into how we can foster personal learning, growth and empowerment.
TEDxDigbethLive will screen 15 fascinating, inspiring, and well-informed TED Talks. The evening will begin by looking at the mind and meaning in an age of big data and ever smarter technologies. After a break, the presentations will explore the intersection of art, architecture, technology and humanity in our urban environments.
